If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of total cost will be charged. Prepayment: No deposit will be charged. There is no meal option with this room.

Children Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 20 % of the room stay per night for extra beds. The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

BY TAXI - AIRPORT TO HOTEL or v.v.: Travel time: Approx. 15 minutes. Cost: About €25-30. Fare doubles between 24:00 and 06:00 hrs. - PIRAEUS PORT TO HOTEL or v.v.: Travel time: Approx. 25 min. Cost: About €30. Fare doubles between 24:00 and 06:00 hrs. BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AIRPORT TO HOTEL: Express buses X96 & X97 – 24 hours service. Frequency: approx. every 20 minutes. Bus terminal is located right by the Arrivals Hall exit. Cost: €5 per person. Ticket purchased either from machine by the bus stop, or from bus driver. Get off at the ‘DILOFO’ stop. Ride takes approx. 25 minutes. Hotel is located on the opposite side of the street, behind the taverna “?? ???????”. HOTEL TO AIRPORT: Same buses and frequency. Ticket purchased from bus driver. Stop is 2 minutes walk, on the left hand side of the main street. PIRAEUS TO HOTEL: From the Train Terminal Station across from the piers, and board train heading towards ‘KIFISSIA’(ticket=€1.20) and get off at OMONIA’. Connect ‘with the red line -no.2- train towards ‘HELLINIKO’, which is the last stop. Take the escalators up to street level (sign for ‘Glyfada’ direction) to get to the bus top. Take bus no. 171 and get off at the ‘DILOFO’ stop. Hotel is located on the opposite side of the street, behind the taverna “?? ???????”. HOTEL TO PIRAEUS: Cross the main street. Bus stop is on your left hand side. Take bus no. 171 (ticket=€1.20) to the terminal ‘HELINIKO’. There, enter the Metro Station take train heading towards ‘ANTHOUPOLI’. This is the red line, no. 2. Get off at ‘OMONIA’ station and connect with the green line no. 1 to Piraeus. Depending on connections, entire trip takes approx. 1 hour. HOTEL TO ATHENS CENTER Cross Varis Ave. Bus stop is on your left hand side. Take bus no. 171 (ticket=€1.20) to the terminal ‘HELLINIKO’. There, enter the Metro Station take train heading towards ‘ANTHOUPOLI’. This is the red line, no. 2. Get off at either ACROPOLI , (for the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum and Plaka), or at SYNTAGMA (for the House of Parliament and the very center of Athens). ATHENS CENTER TO HOTEL: Take the (red line no 2) train heading towards HELLINIKO, then take bus no. 171 and get off at the DILOFO stop. Hotel is located on the opposite side of the street, behind the taverna “?? ???????”. ?The €1.20 euro ticket is valid for 70 minutes during for the Metro, urban Buses (except for the Airport), Trolley and Tram, without having to re-validate ticket. ?The Athens Metro System operates on weekdays from 05:00 hrs till midnight. On weekends, from 05:00 hrs till 02:00 hrs past midnight. ?Bus no. 171 operates from 06:00 hrs till 22:30 hrs. Week-days frequency: approx. every 20 minutes. Weekend schedules are less frequent.
